YASO GIN" is an alcoholic beverage made by distilling a base spirit (YASO SPIRITS) of 80 wild herbs and adding 51 botanicals (roots and bark), including juniper berry, Echigo spice, Japanese ginseng leaves, ginseng berry, etc. The original blend is limited to 2021. This is an original blend only available in 2021.
This craft gin is a blend of 33 fresh wild herbs, including Echigo-Tsumari, Japanese ginseng leaves, and ginseng berries, as well as bergamot, basil, lemon verbena, and other fresh wild herbs. Please take your time to enjoy the fresh and delicate aroma and flavor of fresh wildflowers, as well as the taste of a total of 131 natural ingredients.
