YASO GIN" 2021 model
＜YASO GIN is an original blend of YASO SPIRITS and 51 botanicals including juniper berries, Echigo spicea, Japanese ginseng leaves, ginseng berries, and others.
This craft gin is a blend of 33 fresh wild herbs, including Echigo-Tsumari, Japanese ginseng leaves, and ginseng berries, as well as bergamot, basil, lemon verbena, and other fresh wild herbs. Please take your time to enjoy the fresh and delicate aroma and flavor of fresh wildflowers, as well as the taste of a total of 131 natural ingredients.

The maximum number of students for 2021 is 200. The application period will be from Friday, January 1 to Sunday, February 28, 2021.
