On Saturday, December 20, 2025, a pairing event will be held at Echigo Yakuso Distillery Craft Gin Stand with guest spice hunter Shankar Noguchi.
Three spicy dishes specially designed for YASO GIN will be served on the day.
In the latter half of each session, we will introduce how to use spices in your daily life under the title of "Ask Shankar Noguchi! How to use spices in your daily life".
