This collaboration was made possible by the combination of our proprietary alcohol manufacturing process and the sensibility of Jin Akanishi, who is also a herbalist. Mr. Akanishi himself conducted numerous tastings, and the gin and liqueur products, the result of his meticulous attention to detail, are now available for the enjoyment of many customers.

We would like to thank everyone who has picked up the product since its release and all those who have supported this project.
