The theme of this second limited edition gin for 2024 is "Seeking Spring Warmth".

It is made with spring turmeric and snow black tea from Niigata Prefecture, and accented with lemon peel and spruce for aroma and flavor.
Spring turmeric is a variety characterized by its bitter and pungent taste, and was named "spring turmeric" because of its peach-colored flowers that bloom in spring.
Snow Country Black Tea is 100% Murakami tea grown in Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture. It is characterized by its mild sweetness and gentle flavor with little astringency because it is grown in a harsh environment where the tea fields are covered with snow in winter. The pungent and bitter taste of spring turmeric is utilized while the gentle flavor of black tea lingers in the aftertaste.
The pleasant bitterness of spring turmeric and black tea is balanced by the fruity and spicy flavors of lemon peel and spruce.

When mixed with tonic, it expands the aroma of spring turmeric and spruce, creating a fruity cocktail with a hint of bitterness.
