Mint syrup featuring the blue color of "Butterfly Pea." The refreshing blue image of the butterfly pea gives the syrup a cool, spearminty feel. In addition to mint, lemongrass, cardamom, fennel, and bergamot leaf are added, and a pinch of Sado salt is added to finish.
