2025年12月20日（土）、越後薬草蒸留所 CRAFT GIN STANDにて、スパイスハンター シャンカール・ノグチ氏をゲストに迎え、ペアリングイベントを開催します。
当日は、YASO GINに合わせて特別に考案されたスパイス料理3品をご提供。
さらに各回の後半では、「シャンカール・ノグチさんに聞く！簡単スパイス活用術」と題し、日常で楽しめるスパイスの使い方などを紹介します。

ゲスト料理人 シャンカール・ノグチ
スパイスハンター／調合師／貿易商／インドアメリカン貿易商会・代表取締役。インド食品の輸入やオリジナル商品の開発・販売を手掛けるほか、MLAオーストラリア食肉家畜生産者事業団「ラムバサダー」、日印混合印度料理集団「東京スパイス番長」、ハーブ料理研究ユニット「THE HERBSMEN」、スパイス酒をプロデュースする「スパイスと酒の研究室」のメンバーとしても活躍。著書に「スパイスの世界へようこそ！」、「ハーブ&スパイス事典 第3版: 心とカラダにやさしい316種」、「クラフトビールのためのスパイスカレー」など多数。スパイスを熟知した彼の料理イベントやワークショップは常に刺激的で、期待を裏切らない。
