当日は、YASO GINに合わせて特別に考案された中東料理3品をご提供。
また、世界各地の食材やスパイス、ハーブ、薬味を自在に取り入れ、体に優しく、心が高鳴るような一皿を追求するマリアさんのトークタイムや質問タイムもご用意いたします。

Maria Nakata ナカタマリア
料理家。テヘラン生まれ、長崎育ち。
親しい友人たちと食卓を囲む日常の中から「Repas de Maria」を立ち上げ、活動を開始。イランに嫁いだ母が祖母から受け継いだペルシャ（中東）や西アジアの家庭料理と、日本の家庭料理を背景に、ジャンルを超えた独自の料理提案を得意とする。
世界各地の食材やスパイス、ハーブ、薬味を自在に取り入れ、体に優しく、心が高鳴るような一皿を追求。ケータリング、料理教室、レシピ開発、フードイベントなど、「食」を軸に多角的な活動を展開している。
