The distillation method was devised to achieve a clear and light taste, and juniper berries and spices were lightly crushed by hand to enhance the aroma, while increasing the filtering process to achieve a clear taste.

The botanicals used are lavender, chamomile, jasmine, and rose, and the proportions were adjusted and distilled to create a gorgeous fragrance.

Silver Prize in the Western Wine category for "YASO Absinthe Prototype 03
Characteristics: Absinthe made by distilling YASO SPIRITS with wild herbs such as Japanese mugwort, aniseed, and star anise, and macerated with fresh spearmint, shiso leaves, and rosemary.
Spearmint, shiso leaves, and rosemary used for maceration are pesticide-free and grown in Myoko, Niigata Prefecture.
In addition to the fresh and invigorating fragrance, the liquid color is characterized by natural tints derived from botanical ingredients.
The change to a milky white color has been improved to achieve an ideal rise.

Silver Prize in the Western Wine category "YASO SPIRITS LEMON
The fresh lemongrass aroma of the rare Margao lemon grass and the fresh, whole, domestic, pesticide-free lemon botanicals give this product the flavor of a fresh, unadulterated lemon.

What is YASO?
