Well, we have finally reached this point in the year.
There was so much going on, especially in the summer when preparations for the distillery were in full swing, and I don't remember anything until the opening in October. ......
To be honest, not much, but we are happy to have had a successful opening.

It was a new beginning, and I suddenly realized that
Before I knew it, summer was over and the sun was setting early.
And there are two more limited editions of 2022 this year.
In November, we used hebesu zin, just before the fruit is about to turn from blue to yellow. The aroma was just starting to become a little gentler.

It has a greenness, but it is less pungent, soft, and covered with citrus acidity.
The gin blend is also adjusted to take advantage of this nuance.
If I had to describe it in a sentence, it would be like a gin with fresh citrus gently wrapped around it.

You can drink it with soda or tonic water, but this time it is interesting to drink it with Fever Tree ginger ale, which I highly recommend you try.
