The craft brewery where this collaboration took place is called "Fujiyama Hunter's Beer" in Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and the owner, Michio Fukasawa, is a farmer, hunter, and brewer who calls himself a farmer.
This gin is made by distilling 80SPIRITS with Fujiyama Hunter's Beer distillate, Kuromoji (leaves and branches), hops, and other botanicals that go well together.
The black locust and hops are harvested by hunters (brewers) who hunt in nature at the foot of Mt.
Enjoy the Japanese botanical aroma of Fujiyama Hunter's Beer raw hops bitterness blended with the elegant woody aroma of Kuromoji and the scent of YASO.
In addition, two non-alcoholic products, "80″YASO Tonic" and "80″YASO Ginger," will be released to follow 80″YASO Cola!
It is in syrup form, so please dilute it with soda water or other water to about 5 times the volume of your favorite drink. Of course, the 80″ YASO tonic is also recommended.
