当日は、YASO GINに合わせて特別に考案されたギリシャ料理3品をご提供。
また、世界中の料理を知る桑折さんのトークタイムや質問タイムもご用意いたします。
さらに今回は「THE HERBALIST YASO JIN」「THE HERBALIST YASO LIQUEUR Ⅰ・Ⅱ」を組み込んだ、本イベントだけのスペシャルペアリングもご体験いただけます。

スープ専門店「Soup Stock Tokyo」のほとんどのメニュー開発を行ってきた、通称“スープの女神“。 フリー転身後も業務委託として新商品の開発に携わるほか、様々な企業の商品開発やメニュー監修も担当。自身では世界の家庭料理やその土地の食材を紹介する「旅する料理教室」、現地のマーケットや各国の家庭で料理を習う「グルメツアー」なども主催している。
