This special gin was crafted after repeatedly refining the distillation method and botanical blend in pursuit of the pineapple’s natural aroma and fruity character.

This Premium Edition features Taiwanese pineapple as its main botanical. To capture the rich, fresh flavor of the fruit we encountered in Taiwan in this gin, we repeatedly refined the distillation method and botanical blend, taking a long time to perfect it.
A Commitment to Distillation That Brings Out the Aroma of Pineapple
To bring out the pineapple’s natural aroma and fruitiness, we use not only the flesh but also the peel. By combining maceration with basket distillation, we carefully adjusted the balance with juniper. Furthermore, by distilling lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, cardamom, and rosemary separately under reduced pressure and adding them to the blend, we have accentuated the pineapple’s aroma and fruity character.
A fresh, fruity flavor and a pleasant tartness
This flavor combines the juicy, fresh taste of pineapple with a pleasant tartness. The tartness adds a light, crisp finish to the overall flavor, followed by a natural sweetness reminiscent of pineapple flesh.
